"Very disrespectful of their clients time. State farm is fine and good, but this brokers office is not, anytime I need to make a change I have to call the main state farm number because they are the Korina Hernandez team never finish the changes. You can find a broker out there that earn their commission rather than making you do the brokers job as well."
